Responsibilities

Strategic

  • Ensure Smooth Operations with all KPI Met with Effective and Efficient Manpower & Route Management, Adhere to all SOP.
  • Manages the complete merchandising & delivery through its operations of his/her team.

Operational

  • Plans on budget and manages complete merchandising delivery system for Client on a National Level.
  • Ensuring KPIs are met for all channels and programs and work closely with Senior Management.
  • Ensures through RM’s/OM’s that all the SOP’s are in place.
  • Adds value through new initiatives and processes in concurrence with Client.
  • Works on developing and training through modules of merchandising & Promotion.
  • Monitors budget and develops economic working norms.
  • Ensures a legally compliant system across the country.’
  • Work to correct and enhance the delivery model, wherever required to ensure timely delivery & monitor the quality of execution.
  • Escalate issues & guide the concerned team if any.
  • Negotiate with client for salary increment/incentives and for getting additional business
  • Closely Monitors the MIS, evaluates reports.
  • Evaluates and reviews operations with RM’s/OMs on a monthly basis.
  • Best practices to be adopted and act as Brand ambassador of PPMS
  • In addition to above duties and functions any other assignment given by the management occasionally or on a daily basis is to be performed.
